Summerlin hotel-casino begins hiring
Tuesday, April 27, 1999 | 10:18 a.m.
The golf-oriented resort consists of two hotels -- the Regent Grand Palms and Regent Grand Spa -- and a casino, conference center, lush pools and gardens and other amenities located on 54 acres off Rampart Boulevard and the Summerlin Parkway.
Jim Fonseca, the resort's senior vice president, said the property seeks "individuals who are committed to the hospitality industry as a career."
"In addition to health coverage and an excellent 401K plan, we offer more unusual benefits, such as a staff concierge service," he said. "'Employees will also receive a clear career path with the training to support individual goals no matter what level they enter the organization.
"The resort's business design includes a skill-based compensation program that enables individuals to develop a broad range of skills ... and plan their careers within the context of their personal circumstances."
The Resort at Summerlin job line is a toll-free number -- 1-888-878-7220.
