The agreement, with optional extensions for an additional two years, provides for advertising, marketing and public relations services.
The company presented its plans for the state's millennium campaign "NV2000" and said it would be adding cyclist Greg Lemond and tennis star Andre Agassi to its "My Nevada" campaign.
The campaign was launched in September and features native or long-time Nevadans such as author Robert Laxalt, LPGA Hall of Fame golfer Patty Sheehan, Olympic skier Eva Twardokens and cowboy poet Georgie Sicking.
In Monday's presentation, R&R officials said that between the "My Nevada" campaign and the travelnevada.com web site, requests for travel information increased 23 percent since the 1996-97 year.
