Harrah's Entertainment Inc. appointed Marilyn Winn as senior vice president of human resources for the corporation.
At Paul-Son Gaming Corp. Martin Winick is president of subsidiary Authentic Products; and Michael Detommaso is Paulson's senior vice president of sales.
Jim Hippler, senior vice president of administration at Boyd Gaming Corp., was elected president of the Self Insurance Institute of America.
John Guyer is executive chef and Gene Benzel is assistant executive chef at Palace Station hotel-casino.
At New York-New York hotel-casino, Dean Kimble and Sose Topalian are sales managers, Joni Peru is group and meeting services manager and Carole Ratcliffe is sales secretary.
