The owner of a small Pahrump transportation company has refiled a $30 million suit against the Nevada Transportation Services Authority.
Carroll "Jim" Wallace, owner of Tecopa Hot Springs Transportation Inc., filed the suit in U.S. District Court, alleging the TSA violated terms of the Americans with Disabilities Act in its communications with him.
Wallace filed a suit in January alleging the TSA prevented his company from growing through harassment and interference. That suit was dismissed earlier this month.
Wallace, who has been blind since he was 7, said the TSA refuses to correspond with him in Braille. Instead, he said, the agency sends audio tapes that he says he can't understand.
