Key elements of the settlement between the NCAA and restricted earnings coaches:
Total cash award: $54.5 million
Who pays? Division I schools, about $200,000 each. Small schools, about $80,000 each.
Where will the money come from? From future funds schools get from the CBS men's basketball tournament TV contract and other sources.
Who gets what? Coaches will be paid according to their sport, school and coaching tenure.
