StumbleEthics Commission clears Reno Mayor

Commissioners ruled Griffin did nothing wrong when he voted last year along with the rest of the council to give $80,000 to the International Resource Center.
The center affiliated with the University of Nevada, Reno works to increase trade with foreign countries.
Former Councilwoman Judy Herman, who ran against Griffin and lost in the November election, claimed the mayor had a conflict because of his transport and foreign-trade business.
