LVCVA to back second bull run

The event will be held at the City of Mesquite Fair Grounds on July 9 through 11. Last year, the first Running of the Bulls was held in Arizona near Mesquite.

LVCVA officials expect this year's event to draw 2,000 runners and 10,000 out-of-town visitors. Last year, the Running drew 6,000 visitors from out of town, and generated a non-gaming economic impact of $865,000. This year, the Running of the Bulls will generate $1.44 million in non-gaming economic impact, said the LVCVA.
