Rebels upset New Mexico

Senior Asaf Tishler won his 15th consecutive singles match to lead the 65th-ranked UNLV men's tennis team to a 4-3 road upset of 37th-ranked New Mexico Sunday in Albuquerque.
The Rebels, who have won three straight, improved to 9-8 and 3-2 in the WAC while the Lobos finished their regular season 15-7.
For the second day in a row, UNLV successfully fought back after losing doubles play. Tishler and Gregor Skorin won in the second position 8-4 but UNM took the other two spots for the team point.
