Underpass flooding to be addressed

The Clark County Regional Flood Control District has dedicated $28 million to help solve flooding of the Charleston Boulevard underpass west of Main Street.
The Flood Control District Board approved the funds Thursday, completing pieces of a $75 million project that will protect residents along a 5-mile stretch north of Sahara Avenue along Interstate 15 to Alta Drive and Western Avenue from Sahara to Charleston.
