If you are a Democrat, to morally misbehave is a no-no.
Witness Bennett's lengthy, harsh condemnation of President Clinton's Monica affair.
But if you are a Republican, misbehavior is OK.
Bennett said he was not troubled if Texas Gov. George W. Bush had some wild times in the old days.
He said: "The Irish have a saying, 'the merry-hearted boys make the best men.' "
