It is very interesting to know that only two of the respondents to this so called "RFP" were given to the county commissioners to decide upon, which by the way are both very, very politically involved -- Joyce & Associates and FFE.
Please county commissioners, with a contract valued at $10 million a year, look at everyone and then you decide, not some panel that can and probably has been lobbied, which is why you only received those two.
Give ethics a chance for once.
