Wednesday, April 7, 1999 | 9:49 a.m.
The charge against John Raymond Kennedy stems from a previous charge that he fraudulently obtained a passport.
Kennedy, 48, was sentenced to 21 months in prison, the maximum under federal sentencing guidelines, on the perjury charge.
The sentence will run concurrent to a one-year term he received when he admitted obtaining a passport in a dead man's name.
