What is truly sickening is that New Jersey Gov. Christine Whitman, New York Gov. George Pataki and New York Sen. Alfonse D'Amato are actual fans of Stern and give Stern's racist, sexist and perverted programming "respectability!"
Think about Stern lusting for the daughters of Whitman and Pataki on his show and neither one of these leaders had a problem with that. They did not care about Stern phoning a 16-year-old girl in Ohio.
They also did not care that Stern has repeatedly boasted about doing illegal drugs. Perhaps someone in the news media will ask Whitman, Pataki and Joan Lunden if they will continue to send Christmas cards to Stern.
