Executives of the 41-year-old hotel-casino said a sale of the property is being negotiated, but the club will close Nov. 29 regardless.
All 184 employees will be laid off.
"I expect something to break before October," said general manager Dick Piper. "Nothing has been signed, but it looks like it might go. It would be a complete remodel of the hotel.
