Letter: Limited school zone hours will work in Las Vegas, too

This sign should be in place in all school zones in the valley. Children only require the safety of speed zones when going to and from school.

The other seven hours that traffic has to slow is needless. This new signage, along with the timed flashers, are successfully being used in Houston, Los Angeles, Tampa and every major city with traffic congestion.

The complete implementation of these signs will ease traffic flow and make the driver aware of the students when they are present.
