Investigators identify cause of plane crash

The National Transportation Safety Board report said that eyewitness Steve Sybeldon of Folsom, Calif., saw what appeared to be the nose baggage compartment door break loose and blow into the cockpit.
A post-crash inspection also indicated that one of the rental plane's two engines apparently seized at takeoff. The plane crashed into a hangar at the Carson City airport.
Killed in the crash were the 32-year-old pilot, Robert Urbanick, and passengers Louise Urbanick Halsted, 54, Douglas John Urbanick, 34, and 32-year-old Stacey Noel Falk.
