Brief: Suit over gypsum mine
Wednesday, Oct. 28, 1998 | 4:11 a.m.
Part of the deal was that Lamar Bensen, Abdulkadir Hassan Al-Makib, Sunil Brahmbhatt and Sobhanna Patel would get 40 percent interest in a gypsum mine owned by company President Curt Willsie for $1.75 million.
The suit alleges the company issued stock equal to 40 percent ownership in the company to the men, but that they have not paid for it. It also alleges they are making unauthorized sales of company stock.
Attempts to locate the defendants for comment failed.
