Brief: Men accused of forcing official to turn over money

Advanced Construction Materials claims Richard Niemeyer, who is a former stockholder, Robert Allman, John Jacobs and Eric Frye forced company President Joseph Luongo to withdraw and turn over to them a total of $195,447 from two Las Vegas banks and an additional $142,760 from an Arizona bank.
The suit further alleges the men entered Advanced Construction Materials office and took proprietary information. The suit seeks damages and an injunction preventing the men from using the proprietary information.
Attempts to contact the defendants for comment failed.
