StumbleBrief: NLRB charges BTOP with unfair labor practices

The charges stem from incidents at Precision Concrete job sites including the Marriott Residence Inn, the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Las Vegas Assistance League and Majestic Runway.
The charges range from vandalizing vehicles and assault to throwing tools away from working employees and stepping on wet concrete. A hearing is set on the charges next May.
