UNLV's Meri-de Boyer was named the Western Athletic Conference Volleyball Player of the Week for the Mountain Division Monday.
Boyer, a 6-foot senior setter from Poway, Calif., led the Rebels to a 2-0 record last week with wins against SMU and TCU.
