Hunter, kids found OK

James Slade, 43, of Spring Creek and his party were reported missing around midnight Sunday when they failed to return from a weekend deer hunting excursion.
Slade was out with his 8-year-old son, Buck, his 16-year-old daughter, Tessie, and two other teen-agers, Robert and David Newman, authorities said.
Elko County Undersheriff Clair Morris said Slade told others they would be back Sunday night, but did not tell anyone exactly where they were going.
A search effort was launched early Monday, and they were found about 25 miles south of Jiggs in an area known as Red Rock.
The group spent the night in Slade's broken down Ford Bronco.
All were in good condition despite the ordeal, Morris said.
