Friday, Oct. 16, 1998 | 3:02 a.m.
The order mandates that pickets at Kukurin job sites not obstruct entrances, prohibits picketers from entering job sites without permission and prohibits organizers and workers from entering upon the private property of Kukurin employees for the purpose of intimidation or harassment.
An Oct. 28 hearing is set to determine whether a preliminary injunction will be issued.
BTOP spokesman David Fishlow was unaware of the order, but acknowledged there have been intentional acts of civil disobedience at Kukurin sites.
Kukurin has been targeted by BTOP and the concrete workers' union, which have staged sit-in strikes at various Kukurin job site. Precision Concrete and Lewis Homes have obtained similar orders.
