Editorial: Some Nevada casinos asleep at the switch
That could be a major blow to Nevada's No. 1 industry, especially if it leads to full-scale gaming. As a concerned Gov. Bob Miller said this week, "No matter how many more trips we take elsewhere to encourage tourism, it's not going to make up for the dropoff (from California)."

In her role as a member of that legal counsel, Hillary Rodham Clinton was instrumental in specifically enumerating the specific charge of lying to the American people in their case against Nixon, and it was her opinion that that charge was of paramount importance.

When Christians claim that the Bible is the only source of morality, and when Muslims claim the moral philosophy must originate in the Koran, and when all religionists claim that atheists cannot be moral -- then what source do we use to teach moral philosophy in the schools?

I was disgusted with the lame argument, " ... the starting salary for a state corrections officer ... married with two children ... after deductions ... leaves little left for a viable savings much less a decent living. To reach the top level of salary range requires eight years of service."
