* $7,566,000: Preapproval of the lowest responsible bidder for the construction of eight aluminum dome covers for trickling filters at the city's Water Pollution Control Facility.
* $1,995,000: Preapproval of the lowest responsible bidder for the construction of odor control structures and reclamation water treatment enhancements at the city's Water Pollution Control Facility, including a biofilter, contact basin modifications and odor containment structures.
* $272,250: To Harrington Industries Plastics, Riverside, Calif., $150,000; Consumer Pipe & Supply, Las Vegas, $60,000; Pacific Mech. Supply, Henderson, $30,000; Tri-T Landscaping, Las Vegas, $20,000; Ryan Herco Products, Las Vegas, $10,000; and Keenan Supply, Las Vegas, $2,500, for the annual contract for cpvc pipe, fittings and valves used at the Water Pollution Control Facility.
* $200,000: For the annual contract for base aggregates, sand, chips, rock and heavy rip-rap to be spent by various city departments with the following approved vendors: Southern Nevada Paving Inc.; CSR; Nevada Ready Mix; and Wells Cargo Inc., all of Las Vegas, and Airway Rock Products of North Las Vegas.
* $88,182: To Kemiron North America of Bartlow, Fla., for the annual contract for ferrous chloride to be used at the Water Pollution Control Facility to provide odor control suppression in the thickeners and digesters.
* $67,500: To Intersection Development Corp. of Phoenix, Ariz., for the purchase of 20 traffic controllers to be used at various intersections throughout the city.
