StumbleLetter: Education dollars not wisely spent

My husband is in construction and he brings me home the bid info on these projects and I can't believe it. I want my tax dollars to go to classrooms and books. My daughter is in high school and still hasn't received her book for her biology class. This is getting a little sad.
