LAS VEGAS-For the first time since the program restarted in 1996, the UNLV volleyball team has received votes in the USA Today/AVCA collegiate volleyball poll, which was released Monday.
The Rebels, who have compiled a 12-3 overall record this season and a 1-0 mark in Western Athletic Conference play, are four spots out of the top 25 after receiving 12 votes this week.
UNLV, which has a six-match winning streak, defeated Nevada, Reno 3-1, #24 Fresno State 3-0 and Air Force 3-0 last week.
