Endy is the son of former Paul-Son Chairman Paul Endy Jr., who suffered a stroke while on a fishing trip to Mexico last month. Paul Endy is recuperating at a Southern California hospital and isn't expected to be able to resume his roles at Paul-Son, the company said.
Eric Endy also has been named successor trustee of the Paul S. Endy Jr. Trust, which owns 1,660,205 shares, or 47.8 percent, of the company's common stock.
Paul-Son is a supplier of casino table-game equipment.
