The property is just south of Las Vegas on the California state line. Primadonna said it's trying to transform Primm Valley into a sophisticated destination resort for golf and business markets.
The property's interior was remodeled to a country club theme, rooms and restaurants were upgraded and the Fashion Outlet of Las Vegas mall opened adjacent to the resort.
Room service will not be available at Primm Valley's sister properties at Primm: Buffalo Bill's and Whiskey Pete's hotel-casinos.
Primadonna, in the meantime, has agreed to merge with MGM Grand of Las Vegas.
