US Teletricity Inc. will increase MGC's presence in Southern California and Chicago for ordering processes, direct sales and bill collections.
UST will have about 1,800 agents in Southern California and 2,800 in the Chicago area.
An MGC spokesman said the contract will not have an impact on the company's Las Vegas marketing plans.
