The world's first Nitro Grill will bring live music, wrestling, shopping and dining to the hotel's second level, where Wild Bill's Saloon and Steakhouse is now located.
WCW said its plans call for at least one wrestler such as Hollywood Hulk Hogan, Bill Goldberg, Warrior, Diamond Dallas Page and The Giant to appear each week at the facility.
The restaurant will feature both live wrestling cards and pay-per-view WCW events.
The WCW rival World Wrestling Federation is a partner in a group taking over the old Debbie Reynolds hotel on Convention Center Drive.
