StumbleCubs to play at Cashman

The Chicago Cubs and home run star Sammy Sosa have given a verbal commitment to participate in next year's Big League Weekend at Cashman Field.
Although contracts have yet to be finalized, sources connected to Big League Weekend said the Cubs had agreed to join the Chicago White Sox, Seattle Mariners and the defending National League champion San Diego Padres to play exhibition games in Las Vegas.
Big League Weekend is scheduled for April 2-4 at Cashman Field.
