Two missing inmates from Carson City captured

Nevada Highway patrolmen chased the two in a stolen car on U.S. Highway 395.
The inmates pulled over and surrendered without incident Monday night after the troopers set up a road block on the north end of East Lake Boulevard in Washoe Valley.
Lavale Solomon, 19, was serving up to 40 months for attempted possession of a stolen vehicle in Clark County.
King Lawrence Gray, 22, was serving up to five years for attempted robbery in Washoe County.
They two away from the state prison system's Stewart Conservation Camp in Carson City earlier Monday.
Police say they stole the car at a Texaco station on Carson and Stewart streets. A Nevada Highway patrolman just happened to be behind the car when the call came over police radios listing it as stolen.
