The teams with the two-worst records in the International Hockey League meet tonight at 7:05 at the Thomas & Mack Center as the Las Vegas Thunder hosts the Kansas City Blades.
The Thunder (3-7-2) can crawl out of the Western Conference basement with a victory in their first home action in 2 1/2 weeks. The last time these teams met, however, the Blades (4-8-1) doubled their win total for the season with a pair of victories over Halloween weekend.
The Thunder will be without top goaltender Scott Langkow, who was recalled by the Phoenix Coyotes Tuesday.
