Brief: Chief executive leaves LV firm

Paul Wong, chief operating officer, assumed Thomas' CEO duties until a replacement is named. Wong said Thomas left in October due to health reasons and a replacement would be named in the coming weeks.
The Las Vegas company is a producer and wholesaler of fat-free dairy products. The company's stock dipped in recent months, from about $1.30 per share in July to about 38 cents a share today.
