Helen M. Arthur, 73, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 30, 1924, in Morley, Mo. A resident for seven years, she was a former ceramics teacher for the blind and most recently a slot attendant for 5 1/2 years.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Fred Sr.; two daughters, Bonnie Massey of Hot Springs, Ark., and Jackie Hines of St. Louis; four sons, Ronald Arthur of Eolia, Mo., Frederick Arthur Jr. and Robert Arthur, both of St. Louis, and Donald Arthur of Las Vegas.

ALLEN EVERETT AUSTIN
Allen Everett Austin, 76, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born June 18, 1921, in New York. A resident for nine years, he was a retired Navy aviation electrician with 20 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Marie; one daughter, Rebecca Sinniger of Washington state; and one sister, Gloria Young of Oregon.
Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
UTE H. BAGNASACCO
Ute H. Bagnasacco, 55, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born April 24, 1943, in Elbing, Germany. A resident for almost two years, she was a flight attendant.
She is survived by her mother, Hannelore Siebenalter of Germany.

ANNA LOU COULTER
Anna Lou Coulter, 77, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born June 8, 1920, in Merkel, Texas. A resident for 36 years, she was a retired Clark County School District bus driver.
She is survived by her husband, Regenal D. Sr.; one daughter, Charolette Hunt, and two sons, Regenal D. Coulter Jr. and Robert D. Coulter, all of Las Vegas; two sisters, Edna Bryant and Irene Aldredge, both of Texas; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 9-10 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
DOROTHY M. D'ARCY
Dorothy M. D'Arcy, 75, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born July 27, 1922, in Ohio. A resident for 12 years, she was a retired credit union manager for a film company.
She is survived by two sons, Tom Everitt and Jason Everitt, both of Las Vegas; one daughter, Tammy Agee of Auburn, Calif.; two sisters, Ruth Frederick of California and Jean Badanjek of Warren, Ohio; two brothers, Bryson Wolf of North Carolina and Jack Wolf of Niles, Ohio; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.

BOBBY M. EVANS
Bobby M. Evans, 31, of Seattle died Monday in Seattle. He was born March 26, 1967, in Las Vegas. A former resident for 16 years, he was a construction worker.
He is survived by two brothers, Delvon Heckard and Marcus Cotton; and two sisters, Kimmie Sheree Heckard and Kanesha Jeanette Heckard; and one cousin, Andree Crockett.
Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in New Horizon Funeral Home, 2610 E. Lake Mead Blvd., North Las Vegas. Burial will be in Boulder City Cemetery.
LILLIE FOWLER
Lillie Fowler, 87, of North Las Vegas died Wednesday in North Las Vegas. She was born March 4, 1911, in Mound, La. A resident for 50 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Myron D. Fowler of North Las Vegas; two sisters, Viola Bradshaw of Ferndale, Mich., and Rosie Lee Adams of Los Angeles; one brother, Rosevelt Duncan of Lancaster, Calif.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 1-5 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday in Palm Chapel, Main. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
VINCENT M. HALL
Vincent M. Hall, 76, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. He was born Jan. 24, 1922, in Kingston, Jamaica. A resident for three years, he was a self-employed painter in the construction industry.
He is survived by one son, Mark Gaines of Massachusetts; one daughter, Jennifer Gray of Las Vegas; one brother, George Hall of New Jersey; and three grandchildren.

BARRY LAWRENCE HOPE
Barry Lawrence Hope, 64, of Las Vegas died May 6 in Las Vegas. He was born May 10, 1933, in Canada. A resident for 25 years, he was an automotive salesman and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy; one son, Brady Lawrence Hope; one daughter, Allison Hope; his mother, Sally Hope; one sister, Lorraine Little; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

ALFRED HERBERT HYMAN
Alfred Herbert Hyman, 84, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born June 18, 1913, in California. A resident for 32 years, he was a certified public accountant.
He is survived by his wife, Lillie; three sons, Marvin Hyman of Tucson, Ariz., and Allen Hyman and Edward Hyman, both of Los Angeles; one sister, Carolyn Hyman of Los Angeles; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were scheduled at 10 a.m. today in Memory Gardens. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, handled arrangements.
GEORGE EDWARD KEITH JR.
George Edward Keith Jr., 65, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born June 19, 1932, in Massachusetts. A resident for 20 years, he was a carpenter in the casino industry.
He is survived by his wife, Jean; two sons, George Keith III of Massachusetts and Robert Keith of Las Vegas; five daughters, Brenda DeFrancesco and Cheryl Pitts, both of Massachusetts, Barbara Quinzon of Las Vegas and Karen Horton and Kristen Meegan, both of Henderson; one brother, Joseph Keith of Connecticut; and two sisters, Donna Beach of Las Vegas and Edna Nichols of New Hampshire.
Visitation is scheduled 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. services Monday in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. A private burial will follow.
DONALD FREDERICK KESSLER
Donald Frederick Kessler, 75, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born July 8, 1922, in Iowa City, Iowa. A resident for 28 years, he was a restaurant entrepreneur for 40 years and most recently an employee of Nevada Estate Planning, a World War II Army Air Corps veteran, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and an usher for the Reformation Lutheran Church for 28 years.
He is survived by one son, Craig Kessler of DeKalb, Ill.; and two daughters, Jerilyn Rhodes of Las Vegas and Bonnie Sneed of Greene, Iowa; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday in the Reformation Lutheran Church, 580 E. St. Louis Ave. Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
EDWARD HAROLD LASHUA
Edward Harold Lashua, 68, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 12, 1930, in Stevens Point, Wis. A resident for 37 years, he was a retired electronics technician for the National Weather Service.
He is survived by his wife, Rosemary; four sons, James Lashua and Randy McLain, both of Washington state, and Jeff Lashua and Richard McLain, both of Las Vegas; and two grandsons.

HELEN P. NETHERCOTT
Helen P. Nethercott, 64, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospice. She was born Aug. 6, 1933, in Pennsylvania. A resident for 40 years, she was a retired pharmaceutical transcriber.
She is survived by five sons, Leo Millette, Michael Millette, David Millette and Joseph Millette Jr., all of Las Vegas, and Owen Millette of Seattle; and 12 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday in the LDS chapel, 1725 Palora Ave. Burial will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
LOVELL DUBOIS PERRY JR.
Lovell DuBois Perry Jr., 10 weeks, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 28, 1998, in Las Vegas.
He is survived by his mother, Marsha Sheree Rodgers, his father, Lovell DuBois Perry Sr., four brothers, Fredrick Lee Rodgers, Terrell Lee King, Tevin Lee King and Tevion Lee King, and two sisters, Terri King and Brianna Sheree Rodgers, all of Las Vegas; his grandparents, Martha Haynes of Phoenix, Joe Dickerson of San Antonio, Roslyn Perry of Los Angeles and Joseph Marcus of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and his great-grandparents, Georgia Wall Perry McKellar and Thad McKellar of Durham, N.C., and Dorothy and Jesse Mills of Kerrville, Texas; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Fereidoun Rafie, 59, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 3, 1938, in Arak, Iran. A resident for 32 years, he was a telephone company switchman.
He is survived by his wife, Verdeana; two sons, Darius F. Rafie and Derek K. Rafie, both of Las Vegas; three brothers, Abolfath Rafie and Siamak Rafie, both of Tehran, Iran, and Houshang Rafie of Karadie, Iran; two sisters, Farangis Rafie and Victoria Rafie, both of Tehran; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 6-8 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Additional visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 1 p.m. services Saturday in the Durango LDS Ward. Burial will be 3:15 p.m. Saturday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
FRED REEVES JR.
Fred Reeves Jr., 66, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 28, 1931, in San Pedro, Calif. A resident for 30 years, he was a retired mining specialist.
He is survived by two daughters, Ardys Pool and Jeanette Scott, and two sons, Terry Reeves and Scott Reeves, all of Las Vegas; and six grandchildren.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
TODD W. TRAVIS
Todd W. Travis, 36, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born April 28, 1962, in Elmira, N.Y. A resident for one year, he was disabled.
He is survived by his wife, Deanna; three sons, Timothy Travis of Alpine, N.Y., and Terrance Watkins and Theodore Watkins, both of Las Vegas; three daughters, Yachiwa Jackson of Syracuse, N.Y., and Marion Watkins and Tatiana Travis, both of Las Vegas; his mother and stepfather, Gwendolyn and Willie Bradley Sr., and one brother, Willie Bradley Jr., all of Rochester, N.Y.; and three sisters, Leslie Travis and Brandi Bradley, both of Rochester, and Kathy Bryant of Las Vegas.

CATALINA A. VICUNA
Catalina A. Vicuna, 86, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born April 30, 1912, in the Philippines. A resident for 24 years, she was a retired university professor.
She is survived by four sons, Vic Vicuna, Dr. Joselo Vicuna, Will Vicuna and Carlos Vicuna, and one daughter, Aurora Karr, all of Las Vegas; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will continue until 10 p.m. today in Christ the King Church. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Christ the King. Graveside services will be noon Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
