One killed, one injured in jump near Boulder City

Authorities say the incident occurred Sunday morning over the Eldorado Valley, at the edge of Boulder City.
Officers arriving on the scene found a 33-year-old Southern California man dead.
A second parachutist was taken to University Medical Center, where he was reported in fair condition.
Witnesses told police that the parachutes of the two jumpers became entangled when they deployed.
The names of the two have not been released.
