Three arraigned in killing of paralyzed Sparks woman

Pedro Rodriguez, 19, Brian Allen, 18, and Robert Servin, 16, were arraigned on Friday in Washoe District Court.
The three are accused of killing Kimberly Jean Fondy, 33. The Sparks woman, who was confined to a wheelchair, was killed in her home April 19.
Authorities allege the three entered Fondy's home to attempt to steal money they believed she had in a safe.
The also say the defendants bragged about dipping the bullets they used into mercury so that the victim would die a painful death.
Prosecutors intend to seek the death penalty if the accused are convicted.
