A Las Vegas developer has agreed to pay $37,500 to settle a disability housing discrimination complaint.
Frey Development will have to remodel 56 first-floor condominiums at the Pueblo at Sante Fe complex so they are accessible to people with disabilities.
The agreement was a settlement from a complaint filed with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development by the Disabled Rights Action Committee, a Las Vegas advocacy organization.
Frey has agreed to donate $15,000 of the settlement to the organization and pay $2,500 in legal fees for the group.
