William T. Barrett, 66, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 2, 1931, in Bluefield, Va. A resident for 36 years, he was a retired defense manager. He began working at EG&G in 1962 and became president of special projects in 1971 where he continued until retiring in 1993.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; one son, Andrew Barrett, and one daughter, Julia Barrett, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Peggy Neal of Bluefield; and three brothers, James Barrett of Bluefield, Jack Barrett of Melbourne Beach, Fla., and Richard Barrett of Middlesboro, Ky.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in the First Presbyterian Church. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
SAMMIE ELLIS CAMPBELL
Sammie Ellis Campbell, 94, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 17, 1903, in Calvert, Texas. A resident for 11 years, he was a retired construction company owner-operator.
He is survived by three daughters, Daisy Fox and Virgie Williams, both of Las Vegas, and Dorothy Williams of Compton, Calif.; 18 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Chapel, Main. Graveside services will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
TOD E. CANADA
Tod E. Canada, 42, of Indian Springs died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born June 8, 1955, in Oceanside, Calif. A resident for 35 years, he was a federal government logistics supervisor.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy; three sons, Tyler Canada of Las Vegas, Kevin Tezanos of Indian Springs and Todd Robins of Silver Springs, Md.; one daughter, Candice Cothery of Indian Springs; and his mother, Helen Canada, one brother, Tony Canada, and one sister, Teresa Canada, all of Las Vegas.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Twin Lakes Baptist Church. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
ROBERT COOPER
Robert Cooper, 80, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born April 28, 1918, in Santa Monica, Calif. A resident for 60 years, he was a retired federal government nuclear physicist and a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.
He is survived by two daughters, RuNell Cooper of Mesa, Ariz., and Jeannine Norman of Huntsville, Ala.; one son, Daryl Cooper of Las Vegas; and three grandchildren.
Services will be 11:30 a.m. Sunday in Love and Truth Ministries. A private burial will follow. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
PAUL DEAN DAMRON
Paul Dean Damron, 60, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 27, 1937, in Kentucky. A resident for 40 years, he was a carpenter and a member of the Masons.
He is survived by three sons, James Damron, Paul Damron Jr. and Joshua Damron; three daughters, Paula Welker, Diana Damron and Pam; four brothers, Frank Damron, Bruce Damron, Charles Damron and Luther Damron; two sisters, Sally and Judy; and six grandchildren.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
DOROTHEA E. EHRENSING
Dorothea E. Ehrensing, 86, of Warrensburg, Mo., died Wednesday in Warrensburg. She was born May 2, 1911, in Cedar County, Iowa. A former resident of Las Vegas for 35 years, she was a college health center director.
She is survived by one daughter, Dorothy Jones of Warrensburg; one sister, Mildred Tacker of Omaha, Neb.; and one grandchild.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Robert Dean Fisher, 61, of North Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 15, 1936, in Oregon. A resident for 15 years, he was disabled.
He is survived by one daughter, Pamela J. Streeter of Redding, Calif.; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

CHONG HUI GRAHAM
Chong Hui Graham, 49, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born March 8, 1949, in Munju, Korea. A resident for four years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Michele Graham, and one son Christopher Graham, both of Las Vegas; three sisters; one brother; and one grandchild.

CHARLES E. JOHNSON
Charles E. Johnson, 44, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 14, 1954, in Epps, La. A resident for 15 years, he was a Clark County School District bus driver for six years.
He is survived by his companion, Gayola Berry, and one daughter, Chrita Marshall, both of Las Vegas; one son, Charles Simpson of Atlanta; his mother, Charlene Steele of Epps; his father, John D. Johnson of Las Vegas; four sisters, Gloria Johnson of Las Vegas and Bobby Joe Steele, Jennifer Steele and Junita Steele, all of Delhi, La.; five brothers, John H. Steele, Robert E. Steele and Henry L. Steele, all of Delhi, Anthony Steele of Las Vegas and Ricky I. Steele of Epps; and one grandchild.
Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be noon Saturday in Palm Chapel, Main.
CATHERINE E. MCLENNAN
Catherine E. McLennan, 72, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local health care center. She was born Sept. 1, 1925, in Kansas City, Mo. A resident for 28 years, she was a retired hotel linen supply clerk.
She is survived by five sons, Robert McLennan, Walter McLennan, David McLennan and Russell McLennan, all of Las Vegas, and Larry McLennan of Phoenix; three daughters, Sandra Box, Judy Kingsley and Tammy Lund, all of Las Vegas; two sisters, Rosie McQuaig of Jacksonville, Fla., and Mary Scroggins of Apache Junction, Ariz.; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 6-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
WILLIAM SUARES MILLIKEN
William Suares Milliken, 81, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local convalescent center. He was born July 6, 1916, in Sparks. A resident for 36 years, he owned a welding business, was a World War II Coast Guard veteran and past member of the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn "Jo."

RONALD BURTON OWENS
Ronald Burton Owens, 83, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born July 22, 1914, in Tennessee. A resident for two years, he was a newspaper pressroom foreman.
He is survived by three daughters, Susan Brown and Carolyn Schaerer, both of Tennessee, and Ronnell Newport of Las Vegas; one sister, Flo Foster of Tennessee; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Tennessee. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
ALICE LOUISE PERRY
Alice Louise Perry, 94, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 3, 1903, in Nacogdoches, Texas. A resident for two years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by four nieces, Iwilda Fisher of Houston, Alice Gross of Las Vegas and Staci Gross and Traci Gross, both of Oakland, Calif.; and one nephew, Lance Gross of Las Vegas.

JOHN EDWARD TEAL
John Edward Teal, 74, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 9, 1924, in Albany, N.Y. A resident for five years, he was a World War II disabled Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Manola of El Centro, Calif.

NORMA F. TEPPER
Norma F. Tepper, 78, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospice. She was born Sept. 14, 1919, in New Jersey. A resident for seven years, she was a retired real estate associate.
She is survived her husband, Joseph.

Helen Tigges, 84, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born May 9, 1913, in Wisconsin. A resident for seven years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Billy Tigges of Wisconsin; three daughters, Bonnie Bradley of Las Vegas, Nancy Frank of Arizona and Judy McClellan of New Jersey; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be 3 p.m. Monday in the First Southern Baptist Church. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
