Alphonsine Laurette Boucher, 76, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born April 8, 1921, in Maine. A resident for five years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three sons, Fernand Boucher, Norman Boucher and Daniel Boucher; one daughter, Ann Collins; two brothers, Domineque Trumenne and Vital Trumenne; and one sister, Gemma Boucher.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
JENNETTA AGNES BROWN
Jennetta Agnes Brown, 82, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born July 11, 1915, in Tripp, S.D. A resident for 26 years, she was a supply clerk at Nellis Air Force Base and a member of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by one daughter, Patricia Momita of San Diego; one son, Robert Brown of Ridgecrest, Calif.; two sisters, Liloora Olsen of Devils Lake, N.D., and Georgia Williams of Racine, Wis.; and two grandchildren.
Services will be private. Burial will be in California. Bunker Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
RALPH EDWARD BROWN
Ralph Edward Brown, 77, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born July 15, 1920, in Iowa City, Iowa. A resident for eight years, he was a real estate broker, an Army veteran and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Eagles Club.
He is survived by one son, Gary Brown; and one brother, Robert Brown.
Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
TEX CRAFTON
Tex Crafton, 65, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born April 17, 1932, in Crosbyton, Texas. A resident for nine years, he was a retired heavy equipment hauler for Jake's Crane, a Korean War Marine Corps veteran and a member of the Teamsters Union for 40 years.
He is survived by his wife, Delia; one daughter, Janice Lynn Crafton of Las Vegas; two sons, Joel Lee Crafton of Chicago and Jerry Jay Crafton of Las Vegas; his mother, Winnie Lee Crafton, and one sister, Patricia Ann Dike, both of Fort Worth, Texas; two brothers, Lonnie Sims Crafton of Fort Worth and Jerry Mack Crafton of Alvord, Texas; and one grandchild.
Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
PEARL E. EWENS
Pearl E. Ewens, 47, of Henderson died Monday in Kingman, Ariz. She was born Nov. 6, 1950, in Corozal, Honduras. A resident for 20 years, she was a beautician.
She is survived by her mother, Josephine Ewens of West New York, N.J.
Services will be 6 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
BETTY FORBACH
Betty Forbach, 65, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born Jan. 23, 1933, in Troon, Scotland. A resident for 40 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Larry; one daughter, Karen Parquette, and one son, Bryan Forbach, both of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Graveside services are private.
BARBARA JEAN HAUGEN
Barbara Jean Haugen, 53, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born July 12, 1944, in Portland, Ore. A resident for 15 years, she was a saleswoman at a hotel and a member of the Order of the Eagles.
She is survived by her companion, Tom Donoho of Las Vegas; three daughters, Linda Hovde of Spokane, Wash., Denise Ross of Portland and Tracy Haugen of Honolulu; two sisters, Nicole Donnell of Arlington, Va., and Mary Dicintio of Madras, Ore.; and seven grandchildren.
Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2121 Western Ave., Suite A-3, is handling arrangements.
DOROTHY HODESS
Dorothy Hodess, 73, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born May 6, 1924, in the Bronx, N.Y. A resident for five years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Meyer; three daughters, Suzanne Dollard of New Berlin, Wis., and Ellen Closi and LouiseAnn Hodess, both of Las Vegas; two sons, Benjamin Hodess of Tennessee Ridge, Tenn., and Daniel Hodess of Sunrise, Fla.; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Jones. Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

ANTHONY R. MISTRETTA
Anthony R. Mistretta, 61, of Searchlight died Jan. 15 in Searchlight. An auto mechanic and a Navy veteran, he was born Nov. 26, 1936, in Italy.
He is survived by two daughters, Barbara Mistretta of Dallas and Hope Mistretta.

RUSSELL LEE PETERSON JR.
Russell Lee Peterson Jr., 40, of Las Vegas died Wednesday at Mount Charleston. He was born March 23, 1956, in Bourbonnais, Ill. A resident for eight years, he was a Metro Police Search and Rescue officer.
He is survived by his wife, Lesa; his mother, Bertha Rolf of Florida; and two brothers, Doug Peterson of Florida and Dale Peterson of Illinois.
Services were scheduled at 2 p.m. today in the Metro Search and Rescue Hangar, 2990 N. Rancho Drive. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
RONALD PRESTON QUIRT SR.
Ronald Preston Quirt Sr., 81, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born May 24, 1916, in Peshtigo, Wis. A resident for 48 years, he was a retired civil service crew chief and a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.
He is survived by two sons, Gary Quirt and Ronald Preston Quirt Jr., and one daughter, Linda Baker, all of Las Vegas; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Palm Chapel, Main. Graveside services will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Edgar James Rothchild, 81, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 21, 1916, in Canada. A resident for 40 years, he was a mechanical technician for EG&G Electronics.
He is survived by one daughter, Sharon Lee Belkin of California; two sisters, Jennifer Peterson and Emma Collson; and one grandchild.

Mary Santas, 71, of Henderson died Wednesday. She was born Oct. 31, 1926, in West Des Moines, Iowa. A resident for 10 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Steve; three daughters, Stephanie Romano of Lambertville, N.J., Stacie White of Oakland, Calif., and Paula Holtz of Phoenix; one brother, Pete Stamatelos of Des Moines; one sister, Priscilla Biery of Albuquerque, N.M.; and two grandchildren.

Estelle Ungar, 85, of Las Vegas died Feb. 21 in Las Vegas. She was born March 12, 1912, in Malava, Poland. She was a former real estate agent, active in the Jewish Community Center, a founding member and vice president of the Founders Guild for the San Fernando Valley Child Guidance Clinic and was active in the management of Dolly Adams Foods Corp., the Ungar family business.
She is survived by three sons, Maurice of Canyon Country, Calif., Joel of Santa Barbara, Calif., and Ron of Ventura, Calif.; one sister, Bess Greenberg; two brothers, Jacob Gordon and Emanuel Gordon; numerous nieces and nephews; and three grandchildren.

N. Roy Valdez, 16, of Las Vegas died Tuesday. He was born Feb. 17, 1982, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, he was a high school student.
He is survived by his parents, Eva A. and Navor T. Valdez of Las Vegas; four sisters, Peni L. Dean of Farmington, Utah, Myrla A. Abbott of Blackfoot, Idaho, Felicia T. Bingham of Ogden, Utah, and Anna L. Rena of Las Vegas; and his grandmother, Maria Diamanti of Las Vegas.
Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today with a 2:30 p.m. rosary in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Mass will be celebrated noon Saturday in St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church. Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Memory Gardens.

Frank A. Volpe Jr., 81, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born July 31, 1916, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 15 years, he was a retired postal clerk and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Rose; two daughters, Barbara Grant of Lompoc, Calif., and Linda Ross of Atascadero, Calif.; two sons, Frank A. Volpe III and Robert Volpe, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Laura Musto of Brooklyn, N.Y.; one brother, Vincent Volpe of Arcadia, Calif.; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be noon Sunday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Mary I. Watts, 67, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 15, 1930, in Brevard, N.C. A resident for 10 years, she was an electrical technician.
She is survived by two sons, Russell Watts and Jeffrey Watts; six daughters, Lillian Stump, Linda Paulin, Mildred Vick, Willa Stephens, Mary Katherine Watts and Carol Sumners; one brother, Thomas Simms; 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services were scheduled at 4 p.m. today in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
