LV Tattoo artist indicted in sexual misconduct case

A tattoo artist has been indicted by a Clark County grand jury on sexual misconduct charges involving two customers.
One of the counts involves a 15-year-old girl who was getting a tattoo on her stomach.
An April 6 arraignment date has been set for James Tubbs, who worked at the Pair-A-Dice Tattoo Parlor at 304 E. Sahara Ave.
The teenager complained that Tubbs fondled her while tattooing her. A second woman made a similar allegations.
Tubbs is charged with sexual assault and attempted sexual assault and faces the possibility of a life prison sentence if convicted.
