StumbleLetter: Ice cream truck music is deafening

There is a simple fix to this invasion. When the vehicle comes to a halt, so does the music. When the transmission drops out of gear, the music volume drops as well.
I appreciate the service and product of the Good Humor man, but will acquit the first person charged with taking a Louisville Slugger to that sound system.
