Century Casinos Inc. and a subsidiary of Bau Holding AG will form Century Casinos Praha and operate a casino in a hotel under construction in Prague, capital of the Czech Republic.
Century Casinos, which has entered into a 10-year agreement to provide casino management service to the venture, owns and operates the Womacks-Legends Casino in Cripple Creek, Colo.
In a similar agreement, Colorado Casino Resorts Inc. will enter into a joint venture with RAV Bahamas Ltd. for the development and ownership of a 510-room hotel and casino complex on the island of North Bimini, in the Bahamas.
Colorado Casino Resorts owns the Cripple Creek-based Creeker's Casino and the Double Eagle Hotel & Casino.
Company officials said work on the Bimini project is scheduled for December 1999.
