StumbleTeen charged in cousin’s shooting death

The 15-year-old was arrested Monday on changes of involuntary manslaughter, being a minor in possession of a weapon, grand larceny and possession of stolen property.
Reno police investigators said the gun had been taken from a Sparks residence.
Damian Prospero was shot in the head Feb. 16 while he was visiting relatives.
Police said the 15-year-old was handling a handgun and apparently thought the gun was unloaded when he pulled the trigger.
