The tentative accord follows an announcement of a similar agreement earlier this week with Mirage Resorts, Inc. and Harrah's.
Culinary officials have declined to give details of the new contracts until workers have a chance to ratify them. Workers at the three Mirage properties - The Mirage, Treasure Island and Golden Nugget - are scheduled to vote on the new contracts today.
Jim Arnold, secretary-treasurer of Culinary Local 226, met Wednesday night with executives of Circus Circus, Inc.
Culinary workers have been without a contract at 39 Las Vegas resorts since May.
Caesars spokesman Phil Cooper said his company was happy to come up with the new contract and looked forward to moving on.
