Letter: Board members ruining a top-flight library system

The staff has taken a stand on behalf of the integrity of the library district, and I think it is now time for the taxpayers to stand up as well. I would like to encourage all concerned citizens to write a letter to the county commissioners and City Council to support the library staff in its request to remove the four trustees who they feel have failed to serve our library district, its dedicated staff and, in the end, us.

Our tax dollars paid for these libraries. Let's let our voices be heard. Are we going to sit back and let four people ruin what is considered one of the model library districts in this country? We need 10 trustees, not two, who care about this library district and the concerns of the staff who serve us.
