We already have rodeos, circuses, horse and dog racing which forces animals to perform for human entertainment. We should be eliminating these abuses, not adding more abuses. Many people may not know this, but all the major humane organizations oppose these activities.
I hope the city of Mesquite will change their minds about this. It is still not too late to cancel this inhumane event.
