DA Dick Gammick said on Friday that he wants to see Pedro Rodriguez, Brian Allen, and Robert Servin on Death Row after their trials, scheduled for October.
The three are accused of killing Kimberly Jean Fondy. The 33-year-old Sparks woman, who was confined to a wheelchair, was killed in her home on April 5.
Authorities allege the three entered Fondy's home to attempt to steal money they believed she had in a safe.
