"I think it's unfortunate the manner in which some people attempt to exploit the legal process for financial gain," said Southern California lawyer Richard Howell.
Each of the lawsuits involves allegations about Rodman's behavior at Las Vegas casinos.
James Brasich, a craps dealer at The Mirage, filed his complaint early this month in Clark County District Court. The lawsuit accuses Rodman of humiliating Brasich at work by rubbing the dealer's groin and head.
Clark County resident Dixie Johnson later filed a federal lawsuit accusing Rodman of sexually assaulting her April 19 at the Las Vegas Hilton by grabbing one of her breasts and shaking it.
Last week Connie Wilcox, an employee of the Las Vegas Hilton, filed a second federal lawsuit against Rodman, claiming he sexually assaulted her April 19 by grabbing the sides of her breasts and lifting her off the ground.
