"Everything else is the same," promoter Phil Immordino said.
Safety and traffic concerns prompted the Nevada Department of Transportation earlier this month to block plans for a July 11 bull run down Mesquite Boulevard, a seven-lane business route for Interstate 15.
Immordino then met with representatives of the Mesquite Resort Association to consider alternate routes.
He said Tuesday that the event, which would replicate the 400-year-old running of the bulls in Pamplona, Spain, will take place on July 11 on Main Street on the Oasis hotel-casino property.
The Humane Society of the United States has protested the bull run, calling is inhumane.
